Galatians 6:9 (KJV) says “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Well doing means different things for different people. It’s that space between our starting point and due season that we faint. Sometimes we may not feel that due season is arriving soon enough or sometimes life itself and all of it’s distractions gets us off focus.
What well doing have you committed to?
It could be your thinking; not being afraid to try something new (I John 4:8) “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteh out fear:..”
or maybe it’s being kinder to yourself and being more positive overall in your thinking.
Your well doing could also be your actions; sticking to a financial budget or recognition of your emotional triggers and being more in control of your actions/reactions
(Proverbs 16:32 )“He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.”
Whatever your well doing is , keep going! You’re not going it alone. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, he knows exactly how you are feeling. (Hebrews 4:15) “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”
He died and was resurrected so you Can keep going!
What a powerful demonstration of the power you have if you allow Him to live in you!
